Maciej Mackiewicz

Passionate about heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) design by choice and conviction, I am a licensed designer and supervisor of construction works in the HVAC discipline, with a degree from the Warsaw University of Technology. For over a decade, I have been exploring innovative technologies in the building services industry and sharing this knowledge with others. Every day I collaborate with a wide range of investors and architectural studios, both in Poland and internationally. My portfolio spans from residential buildings to airports, offices, industrial units and healthcare facilities.

Working at Cundall, where design challenges are met with uncompromising quality, I am inspired to deliver excellence in every project I’m part of. I believe in pushing boundaries, embracing innovation, and never settling for convention.

For me, creativity in HVAC design means finding smarter, more efficient ways to enhance energy performance and overall wellbeing.
