Katarzyna Mikulska

I joined Cundall in 2022 as a Junior Engineer, specialising in energy modelling. My Bachelor’s degree in Power Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology inspired me to pursue further studies in Environmental Engineering while beginning my career with energy audits. Building physics was my focus area whilst studying, so I’ve been lucky to apply these skills at Cundall, using advanced tools and methodologies to assess buildings’ performance.

The thing I truly value at Cundall, is our unwavering commitment to excellence. Attention to detail is valued highly here. With every project, I ask myself if there is a way to enhance any process to give us more room for creativity and innovation.

I believe creativity is especially important for a sustainability engineer. Identifying areas to enhance building performance is one of our main purposes. Each project is unique and by thinking outside the box, we can develop innovative strategies that not only meet, but exceed sustainability goals.
