After completing a Geography degree at Newcastle University, I started employment at Cundall in 2014 in the HR department. In 2017, I felt I needed a change and I moved to the transportation team, later completing a HND in Civil Engineering in 2021. I’m very grateful for the opportunities that have been provided to me and for the variety of projects and people that I work with on a daily basis.
Collaboration
Collaborating with other disciplines allows us to share our ideas and knowledge, producing great work. It is important to consider feedback from other teams as it can ultimately help you to become better at your job and excel in projects.
Creativity
Coming up with different solutions to problems is an aspect I really enjoy about my job. All ideas are always welcome in the team to encourage creativity.
