James Wild

After completing my master’s degree at the University of Newcastle, I joined Cundall as a graduate in 2016. Since then, I have developed my expertise in data centre design across the UK and Europe, specialising in improving system efficiency. What drives me is the challenge of integrating sustainability into the designs of complex data centre facilities as well as working collaboratively with my team to push the industry forward. 

Having worked across multiple offices, I have built strong relationships by fostering teams that share knowledge and support one another, fostering a high-performance culture. This approach allows us to deliver highly technical projects whilst maintaining an environment where people enjoy working together. 

Excellence is a driving principle for every project. In my work, I focus on continuously improving our project delivery, championing structured quality assurance, and establishing net zero pathways for our clients. In doing so, we, as a team, ensure that the quality of our work is consistently high and a step beyond what we have achieved before.
