I began my degree apprenticeship with Cundall and Coventry University in 2022, working towards a BEng in Civil Engineering. Growing up, I was fascinated by the rapid development across Birmingham, which made a career in construction a natural choice. I have recently achieved EngTech status with the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) and I am continuing to work towards IEng status as part of my apprenticeship.

Engineering Excellence

The culture of excellence at Cundall has enabled me to develop a strong and varied knowledge base, supported by the guidance of experienced colleagues. Having the opportunity to work on outstanding, award-winning projects and learn from each one has been invaluable.

Collaboration

Starting my career post-pandemic, I have been fortunate to benefit from enhanced work-sharing., which has allowed me to draw on the knowledge and experience of colleagues across the global business. This collaboration has been invaluable for my personal development and the success of our projects.
