Holly Foster

I am an engineer with three and a half years of experience in the industry after graduating from the University of Edinburgh with a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering in 2021. My interests in engineering lie in flood risk assessment and mitigation, sustainable drainage system design as well as renewable energy infrastructure projects. I am currently working towards chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers.

My work gives me the brilliant opportunity to collaborate with a highly diverse team from across our global network of offices. This has allowed me to gain exposure of a large breadth of projects, from house extensions locally in Scotland to city-wide masterplans in the Middle East.

My team is passionate about delivering projects above and beyond the client’s brief, so we are constantly looking for ways to improve. Tools like GIS have the potential to revolutionize the way we work on large infrastructure projects and I have enjoyed driving their roll-out on our projects.
