Heather McCall

I have a strong passion for innovation and development which led me into studying a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and an MSc in Power and Energy Systems. After joining Cundall's graduate scheme, I gained experience working in several teams before finding my place in the IT/AV team, where I enjoy working on a variety of projects and tasks that allow me to expand my engineering skills.

I am dedicated to engineering excellence, continuously working on digital tools to enhance work efficiency. My commitment extends to striving for net zero carbon designs. I have been working on a case study and white paper for a Wi-Fi-only IT design which will greatly reduce the embodied carbon in our projects, ensuring sustainable and innovative solutions in every project.

I thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with Cundall's global IT/AV team to knowledge share, brainstorm ideas and work on multi-disciplinary projects. Teamwork allows us to integrate diverse expertise and provide effective solutions for our clients.
