Ewa Jaszczyszyn

I joined Cundall in 2019 as a Graduate Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Engineer and have since progressed to the role of Senior CFD Engineer. I hold a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering, specialising in Computational Modelling, from AGH University of Science and Technology, where I gained my first experience in numerical analysis. I am passionate about applying CFD to the built environment, using simulations to support sustainable, high-performing building design.

Excellence is an important part of how I approach my work. It means continually developing my technical skills, learning from past projects, and seeking opportunities to improve. Throughout my time at Cundall, I have expanded my CFD expertise through a wide range of projects, always aiming to deliver better outcomes and greater value.

Collaboration is one of the things I value most about my role. Working closely with colleagues from different disciplines allows me to learn from their expertise while contributing my own knowledge. By sharing ideas and supporting one another, we can develop better solutions and achieve the best possible outcomes for every project.
