I studied civil and environmental engineering at Imperial College London, which provided a strong foundation for my career in real estate sustainability.

A GRESB Accredited Professional, I work with funds and asset owners to develop strategies that are both market-leading and practically deliverable, helping clients navigate a complex landscape of evolving frameworks, regulations, and investor expectations.

I have a key leadership role within Cundall's NextGen in London – a group dedicated to building professional networks, developing leadership skills, and sharing innovative ideas through networking events.

Collaboration

Sustainability in real estate involves a wide range of stakeholders, each with different priorities and constraints. I focus on developing strategies that align investment, asset management, and operational teams, rather than approaching sustainability in isolation. This integrated approach helps ensure that ambitions are translated into outcomes that can be implemented effectively in practice across all stages of the asset lifecycle.

Excellence

Sustainability in the built environment is a fast-moving field, requiring continuous focus on improvement. For Cundall, this means staying ahead of regulatory change, contributing to emerging benchmarks and frameworks, learning from each project, and consistently applying these lessons going forward.
