Our Birmingham structural team proudly brought home two accolades at the Midlands Region Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) Awards, which celebrate excellence in structural engineering across the region.
Three Chamberlain Square was awarded ‘New Build – Building Structures’, recognising the team’s outstanding work on this landmark project.
In addition, our structural risk assessments received a commendation in the Studies and Research category, highlighting our commitment to innovation and technical expertise.
Tim Stidwill, Partner, commented “Three Chamberlain Square has set the standard for new office developments, through the low embodied carbon design and construction solutions implemented on the project, achieving compliance with LETI Band B for offices at 449 kgCO₂e/m². The client’s drive to create a landmark building with a pioneering approach to sustainability, coupled with excellent teamwork across the whole of the project team, has enabled a truly ground-breaking development to be realised.”
