We would like to welcome Fiona Wallace as our Global HR Director. She replaces Carole O’Neil who was appointed as Cundall’s new global Managing Partner in July.

Fiona joins the practice with more than 20 years’ experience in HR, including leadership roles across different specialisms over the last decade. She specialises in strategy, employee experience, talent, organisation design, performance and digital HR services. Her most recent role was Head of Talent at wealth manager, RBC Brewin Dolphin.

Commenting on her new role, Fiona said:

In her new role, Fiona will be responsible for overseeing Cundall’s global HR team, as well as further developing the people strategy to support the growth of Cundall globally.

Fiona will be based in Cundall’s global head office in Newcastle, UK and join a fantastic team that puts our staff's wellbeing, career progression at the heart of their strategy.
