Cundall’s acoustics team achieved two victories at the Association of Noise Consultants (ANC) Awards. The team won the Building Acoustics Award and Best Presentation for their work on The Pattern Shop.

The ANC Awards celebrate excellence in the field of acoustics across the UK, recognising projects that exemplify innovation, creativity, and technical expertise in acoustic design.

Andrew Parkin, Partner and Global Head of Acoustics, commented "We were delighted to be recognised for our innovative and technically excellent design work on the Pattern Shop in Newcastle. This was a particularly challenging project, creating a modern office space in a heritage building, situated directly adjacent to a music performance venue. Kudos to Victor Lindstrom in our team whose attention to detail and meticulous calculations made sure the outcome was just as designed.”

This achievement builds on the recognition we received with the ANC 2024 Sustainability Award for our work on FORA Bankside.
