Cundall strengthens global growth with new Head of DEI

UK and Europe 21 January 2026

We have welcomed Victoria Bryant as our Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, now to be based out of our Manchester office. Her appointment reflects our commitment to expanding inclusivity strategies and maximising opportunities for everyone in our practice.

A Chartered Member of Charted Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Victoria has 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional. Prior to joining Cundall, she was Diversity, Equity and Inclusion lead at Müller where she exercised strategic expertise in driving cultural change, legislation, creating momentum around DEI implementation and on the ground understanding of data-led inclusion.

Commenting on her new role, Victoria said:

“This role represents the opportunity to create real change. I’m keen to champion data-led inclusion practices, facilitate organic growth in our community networks and build on Cundall’s aspiration to be the most inclusive consultancy in the industry. Collaboration and trust-building will be central in my approach to delivering improved policies that support the lives of my colleagues, creating a fairer and more inclusive workplace in which leaders pave the way for a thriving, dynamic culture.”

Cundall’s Global HR Director, Fiona Wallace, added:

"As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we recognise that our reputation rests on the shoulders of our people, the projects they design and their commitment to excellence and integrity. We’ve opened several new offices in the last 12 months, and now, more than ever, it is crucial that our DEI strategy represents the cultural diversity of our global workforce.

“We are so pleased to have Victoria join the team. Her experience with culture and data-led inclusion and implementing DEI strategies will be a great asset, and I look forward to supporting her as she plays a key role in our aim to be the most inclusive consultancy in the industry."

As Head of DEI, Victoria will play a crucial role in supporting our practice to shape and deliver bespoke DEI programmes and further support global growth. She plans to build trust in the business by working closely with our community networks and collecting data that will help shape the future of the practice’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.
