Cundall launches ‘Culture Talks’ campaign to champion inclusive leadership

MENA 05 May 2025

Cundall is launching a new campaign, that shines a spotlight on the cultural experiences and inspirational stories of leaders across the globe. In a world where collaboration spans continents, time zones, and cultures, the ability to truly connect across cultural lines has never been more vital. The campaign called Culture Talks, will feature a series of interviews with industry pioneers that have excelled within their field.

Inspired by the insights of Erin Meyer, author of The Culture Map, Culture Talks explores how perceptions of leadership, hierarchy, communication, and trust can vary across cultures - and how embracing these differences can lead to greater innovation, stronger collaboration, and more resilient teams.

Speakers span a breadth of different industries, including Laila Al-Yousuf, Partner & Design Director, SAY Studio, Noelle Halabi, Associate Director, EDGE Architects, Alina Godunova, CEO, CUUB, Samar Hussein, Design Resilience Co-Leader APME Region, Jonnie Allen, Partner, Cundall, Sarah Hayford, Founder and CEO, The Land Collective, Oleksandr Poborskyy, Associate, Cundall.

Olga Litkovets
, Partner commented: “In today’s global world, cross-cultural communication isn’t optional – it's essential. When we understand and apply it, we unlock powerful collaboration and limitless opportunities for businesses and for talent.

By recognising and embracing what makes us unique, we unlock the opportunity to be stronger leaders, communicators and high-performance teams. If there is one overarching message that people should take away from this campaign, it's to be bold, be authentic, be you.”

The campaign will run across offices throughout 2025, featuring interviews and personal reflections from leaders across industry sectors. Watch out for the weekly video release via Cundall's social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram).
