WGBW 2025 Manchester: Two cities, two approaches, one climate challenge
As part of the 2025 World Green Building Week, our Manchester office hosted an engaging morning session focused on how two of the UK’s leading cities, Greater Manchester and London, are addressing climate adaptation and resilience through distinct strategies, policies, and on-the-ground initiatives.
The panel explored the contrasting approaches of both cities, highlighting how governance structures, policy frameworks, and pioneering projects are shaping their climate futures. More than a comparison, the discussion served as a powerful call to action; adaptation and resilience must be central to our agenda.
