Our first Blueprints of Leadership roundtable, hosted in Dubai, coincided with a visit from our Managing Partner, Carole O’Neil. Led by Olga Litkovets, Partner, the discussion opened with an honest reflection on her leadership journey —-the pivotal moments, unexpected turns, and lessons that shaped her path to the top.
Women in the built environment continue to face invisible ceilings, unspoken doubts, and a shortage of relatable role models. This roundtable created a safe space to unpack those realities. Participants reflected on navigating critical career crossroads, building influence in boardrooms, balancing ambition with authenticity, and empowering the next generation of women leaders.
