World Green Building Week 2025 London

On 16 September at 8am, Andy Crowther, Associate at Cundall, will kick start the morning by explaining the differences between retrofit and decarbonisation, addressing current policies and key market drivers. 

Later on, Andy will join AJ Farrant, Sustainability Manager at Landsec, Peter Fisher, Director at Bennetts Associates, and Michael Williams, Principal at Cundall for a panel discussion addressing the practicalities of retrofit.

This year’s World Green Building Week’s theme is ‘be bold on buildings’ and the panel will draw examples from 5 New Street Square, a recently completed project.

Shortlisted for the ‘Retrofit Project of the Year’ at the upcoming Building Awards 2025, 5 New Street Square is a prime example of meeting client and tenant ESG objectives and requirement for a low energy building.
