The 1947 Club will be hosting a CPD session on net zero carbon on Friday 23 September. The discussion will be centred around strategies that asset owners can develop to help with future proofing.

In order to meet carbon reduction goals, existing buildings are the key. It’s a well-known fact that 80% of the building stock that will exist in 2050 has already been built. People are now facing up to the challenge that delivering net zero in existing buildings is a daunting prospect and will need billions of pounds of investment.

Duncan Cox, Partner, is a member of Cundall’s core team for Zero Carbon Design 2030. He will be speaking about retrofitting the built environment and sharing Cundall’s climate change journey. This seminar will cover where the market is going and the journey to net zero.
