Green Building Forum Perth 2026

Cundall's ESG Director, Madlen Jannaschk, will present at the Green Building Forum in Perth, hosted by the Green Building Council of Australia.

Madlen will share the Green Star journey behind Common Ground East Perth (Kaalak), a project delivering permanent supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping and low-income. The session will explore how sustainability outcomes were balanced with long-term operational affordability, durability and social impact, supporting a project designed to provide stable housing and improved wellbeing for some of Perth's most vulnerable community members.
