Electrification masterclass for commercial buildings

In collaboration with the City of Melbourne, Cundall’s Building Performance Services experts are delivering a two-hour masterclass for building owners and asset managers on practical pathways for electrification of existing commercial buildings.

Facilitated by Benny Cheah, Associate Director, the event will help participants address their own situation with a tailored approach.

Participants will hear first-hand about Cundall’s work with owners and asset managers on electrification, the integration of energy efficiency and the broader industry direction and net zero trajectory, including the GBCA Electrification Guide for Existing Buildings.

The masterclass will also provide participants with a step-by-step electrification tool kit developed by Cundall in collaboration with the Better Buildings Partnership.

The toolkit includes templates for business case, practical feasibility and timeline planning which also produce stakeholder-ready information to progress action and decision making.
