Destination 2034 Conference

Destination 2034 is a one-day conference, bringing professionals from all over the North East together through a series of panels, interactive workshops, and sessions as they share their ideas and thoughts on the development and implementation of a ten year visitor economy strategy.

Dr Olli Jones will chair the panel discussion “Destination Regenerative: Be a force for good in our communities”. This dynamic discussion brings together leaders from various sectors to discuss how we can ensure regenerative tourism is sustainable, is driving value for local people and visitors. The panel will delve deeper into how collaboration can shape our visitor economy and how to benefit from each other’s skillsets to become a more regenerative destination.
