Robin Pritchett will explain why net zero carbon should be high on the agenda for businesses and provide an update on the latest UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard. Darren Berman will be talking about the new and emerging sustainability disclosure regulations (including ISSB, TCFD, SFDR and EU taxonomy) with guidance on how to meet them and improve asset and fund values. Paul Winstone will share case studies and best practice guidance for the decarbonisation of existing built assets to meet the Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor (CRREM) and Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) trajectories to avoid having stranded asset.
