Mikołowska Office Centre
An exciting, LEED Gold certified new office situated in the heart of Katowice on Mikołowska Street.
The project features six above-ground levels, offering 18,000 m2 of gross leasable area, along with two underground levels. Designed to Grade A standards, the building provides Shell and Core office spaces, complemented by shared amenities on each floor, including a staircase, lift cluster, tenant restrooms, a lift lobby, and outdoor terrace.
Cundall delivered a full scope of mechanical, electrical and public health services while also securing LEED v4 BD+C Core and Shell certification at Gold level which ensures the building is highly efficient and cost-effective. At Level -1, the facility includes eight parking spaces with electric vehicle charging points, 18 spaces for low-emission vehicles and 18 designated for carpool users.

Our involvement included a complex approach to provide MEP design and ensure LEED certification, but also to help the client to address the issues of poor air quality in the local area."
