The campus covers 90,000m² with facilities including a swimming pool and multifunctional Sport England pitches as well as a 6-form primary school and a 10-form secondary school. The opening in September 2020 aligned with the 40th anniversary of Doha College.
Our team assisted in the detailed development of architectural layouts, structural assessments, building services calculations, sitewide infrastructure and civils design. We provided detailed design solutions that considered changes requested by the client whilst ensuring minimum impact on the ongoing construction works. This reduced the potential for excessive claims for additional cost and time from the contractor.
