I’ve long had an interest in sustainability. Ten years ago I studied a building services degree with a focus on sustainability, and ever since I’ve worked in the built environment. I put sustainability principals to the test to encourage better design and improved in use performance. Five years ago, I moved into a dedicated sustainability role, supporting engineers who are delivering world class projects, which gives me an enormous sense of pride.

Building Physics is an area that draws on expertise from across the global business. I enjoy both contributing to and benefiting from this international knowledge share, building relationships and solving challenges across various climates.

Excellence is something encouraged throughout our team, not only from the top down. We recognise that excellence isn’t achieved once, but something we continually strive, evolving as technology and the market evolve. This allows us to be more ambitious with sustainable practices as what was best practice is now made commonplace.
