Ester Martín Herrero

After graduating from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid with a master's degree in Structures and Materials, I wanted to challenge myself again. I made the decision to move to Ireland to allow myself to gain international experience within the engineering industry. Following my move to Ireland, I quickly developed a real passion for exploring sustainable design and innovations within structural engineering projects.

Engineering excellence is always at the forefront of everything I do. Bringing my ideas to the ever-growing table of expertise is an exciting part of my job. Being able to develop tailored sustainable solutions for our clients is beyond satisfying for me.

Embracing smart collaboration goes a long way. From understanding what challenges our team is facing to discussing new strategies we can implement into our designs, being able to work amongst the very best within the engineering industry is a personal highlight of mine at Cundall.
