Ed Blower

I began my engineering career working on major international projects and leading large complex infrastructure schemes. Since joining Cundall in 2021, my role as a Partner in the data centres team is to lead hyperscale data centre designs across the UK and Europe, specialising in electrical design. My recent work has included the design for data centres in the UK and supporting electrical engineers to deliver infrastructure across EMEA.

I am driven by taking a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to every project. Regardless of discipline or location, I thrive on building trusted client relationships and leading high-performance teams to deliver resilient, sustainable, and commercially smart data centres. I'm known for simplifying complex problems and helping clients navigate challenges with confidence.

I strongly believe in continuous learning and knowledge sharing. It's my passion to help develop others and support the next generation of engineers to thrive in a fast-evolving industry. To do so, I have contributed to internal technical training programs like DC101 and Power System Fundamentals to help strengthen the technical skills across the team.
