We are proud to announce that Plot 9a First Street was named Building Magazine Project of the Year at the 2025 Building Awards held in London last night.

Plot 9a is the latest phase of the First Street regeneration masterplan and will be a hub for the Government Property Agency (GPA) in Manchester.

The building embraces WELL building standard principles and is the first to be net zero carbon in operation on First Street, in line with the UKGBC net zero framework and achieving 5.5* NABERS Design Reviewed Target Rating.
