21 Moorfields wins Best Corporate Workplace at BCO National Awards 2026

UK and Europe 08 十月 2026

Deutsche Bank at 21 Moorfields has won yet another award this week, as the building took home the Best Corporate Workplace title at the BCO National Awards held in London this week.

Having secured the regional prize earlier in the year, the nationals saw the best of the best buildings competing from across the regions.

This win was for both the base build and the interior fit-out of a project spanning over 550,000ft² across 17 floors. The building embodies the latest in workplace thinking, delivering an enhanced experience for the bank’s traders, customers and employees.

The judges said: “The integration of architecture, engineering and interior design was key for such a large and complex project above a major National Rail interchange. Employee wellbeing and flexibility underpinned the design, with a variety of health and wellness spaces, terraces and other outdoor spaces, and staff satisfaction has improved by 10% since completion. The development also enhances the public realm, introducing new public squares and strengthening connections between Moorgate and the Barbican.”

Peter Stocks, project lead for 21 Moorfields who worked on the project since its initial inception in 2012 through to completion, said:

“21 Moorfields was a technically challenging and complex project that many of Cundall’s engineers and designers contributed to. Our team worked incredibly well in modifying the original building design to suit a highly complex financial institution's needs, part way through the design.  Landsec and Deutsche Bank worked together to ensure that the building fully satisfied Deutsche Bank’s long-term needs.  It is rewarding to see the dedication and collaboration of everyone invovled recognised through the numerous awards the project has recieved since completion.

Huge congratulations to the entire project teams and to all winners at the National Awards.
