Philippine Pieterwas

Before joining Cundall, I worked in the fashion industry in Italy and the Netherlands. I graduated with two Bachelor’s degrees in marketing and economics and obtained a Masters in sustainability. My passion for sustainability stems from me growing up in the countryside and my connection to nature and local communities. My role allows me to get involved in Cundall’s journey to net zero carbon and play my part for a better future.

I like using stories and games to engage people and generate awareness about important topics from decarbonisation to leadership. I also love being creative when organising design thinking workshops, that will impact the way our staff and our clients will design in the future.

I strongly believe in the power of collaboration and community to drive positive impacts. A planet-positive future relies on the same principles of indigenous communities: connection to self, to others, to nature, to energy, as well as honour, trust, honesty, generosity and humility.
