Jude Brennan

I joined Cundall in 2022 focussing on early careers resourcing across the business. I started off my career recruiting experienced hires before transitioning into the early careers sector and have predominantly worked within the construction and engineering industry.

I am passionate about increasing the talent pool within the industry, promoting a diverse and inclusive culture to encourage young people and those looking for a career change from all backgrounds to follow their passion in pursuing a career within engineering.

Cundall has apprenticeship, graduate, year in industry, summer placement and short-term work experience opportunities. This is a great way for people starting out in engineering to grow and develop themselves. It’s also an opportunity to be creative, provide new ideas and add value to the work we do, whether that be on projects or our strategic growth.

Our early career schemes are spread across many office locations, working within teams and collaborating with people at all levels. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved with different work projects, attend events and team social activities, whilst also being able to express your individuality.
