Janet Forster

I joined Cundall’s Brisbane office Sustainability team in 2021 and have a background in Environmental Engineering. I am passionate about the intersection of the built environment with the natural environment. Particularly, designing to ensure biodiversity and ecological factors are preserved which in turn promotes higher quality of health and wellbeing for both building occupants and the wider community.

I thoroughly enjoy the collaborative aspect of engineering and engaging with both peers and clients. Bringing together different strengths and mindframes builds relationships and results in innovative solutions that benefit everyone.

I strongly believe that creativity is at the core of striving for excellence. Giving people the space and opportunity for creativity in their work is how big ideas are born and is also how we step beyond business-as-usual to make the net zero future possible here and now.
