Cathal O’Regan

I joined the Cundall planning team in September 2022, having graduated from University College Cork with a master's degree in Planning and Sustainable Development. Planning is for the betterment of people and place, and to see that the appropriate development is developed at the right time and place.

The strong morals required for developing sustainable development is clearly present within Cundall. There is an internal holistic egalitarian framework which is then extended to our clients to ensure that all projects receive the highest standard of planning without removing any morality or sustainability to achieve the goal.

Planning is no simple task and requires a great deal of creativity and forward thinking. The joy of planning is creating a place out of a space which seemed unfruitful for such a venture. Cundall excels at finding creative solutions to any obstacles and issues.
