Fiona has 20 years’ experience working in HR across talent, learning and development, HR technology, employee experience, performance and organisation design, reward and performance. During this panel she will discuss how employers are re-thinking benefit design in response to inflation pressure and the role technology needs to play to improve effective spend and delivery.
