The role would consist of:

  • Writing and preparing fee proposals for power systems projects and tasks including a full breakdown of deliverables, sequence of works for such deliverables, establishing resources required to deliver the project from start to finish. This would encompass all the meetings with the relevant parties, supporting the power systems team members undertaking the calculations, the associated power systems calculations, (such as (i) establishing the clients brief (ii) protection coordination and short circuit studies (iii) arc flash studies (iv) developing the sequence of design stages and associated calculations at each stage (OLTC, rate of rise, etc ) (v) drawings and schematics (vi) design documents for Utility interfaces (vii) specifications and deliverables, cost and timelines for each of the stages which would then be incorporated into the fee proposal.
  • Running and leading the power project in terms of coordinating with all other internal and external parties, tracking resources, deliverables, and current spend throughout the project.
