This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Civil Engineer to join our Warsaw office to work on the design of some of the most exciting and challenging built environment projects – in Poland and around the world.

As part of our established team of expert engineers and technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will prepare detailed engineering calculations, and assist with specifications, scheme designs and project reports.

You will work across a variety of sectors including retail, commercial, industry and will have the opportunity over time to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy as your professional skills develop.

This wide-ranging role will see you carrying out drainage and highways design including flood risk assessments, hydrological assessments, below ground drainage design, external works design, road horizontal and vertical alignment and earthworks analysis.

The role will require you to use your knowledge and expertise to define and translate clients’ needs into designs for buildings, infrastructure, facilities and services with sustainability at the forefront of the design.

Educated to degree level in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering (MEng or equivalent). You have at least 3-5 years of experience in Civil Engineering. You have gained a practical experience in using civil design software such as Microdrainage, AutoCAD Civil 3D or Revit.

You will need to communicate both orally and written in Polish and English therefore a good understanding of both languages is a mandatory requirement.

You will need to have a work permit to work in Poland.

You have a passion for creative and intuitive engineering and a demonstrable experience of design engineering for the built environment, including below ground drainage design and external hard-standing design.

You have an organised and methodical approach to managing tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and have a close appreciation of the commercial factors which affect design solutions.
