We’re proud to share that Olga Litkovets, Partner and Global Director of Business Development and Marketing, has been named in Construction Week’s Changemakers 2026 list. The list recognises 28 influential women shaping the construction industry today and helping to steer its future.

Since joining Cundall in 2017, Olga has been instrumental in strengthening the practice’s global presence. In the Middle East, the business has grown by more than 300%, evolving into a multi-disciplinary design engineering consultancy and acting as Lead Design Consultant on major projects. This success reflects deliberate positioning, disciplined client selection, and a clear strategic focus on priority markets.

Her work has also extended beyond business growth. Olga has led impactful initiatives that advance conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion, including Cundall Culture Talks and Blueprints of Leadership. Now leading a diverse global team of over 45 professionals, she embraces the complexities of international markets, adapting her leadership approach to different cultures and contexts.

Recognised as a business leader who uses brand, client strategy, and culture as levers to shape direction and performance, she continues to champion impactful projects and inspire the next generation of industry leaders.
