We work with you from an early stage to identify or eliminate hazards at the design or planning phase. We then manage the ongoing risks throughout the life of the project.
We take a proactive approach to managing construction risk by facilitating dialogue across all parties.
We cover all CDM services throughout the construction process. This includes planning, managing and monitoring, providing information and assisting you with your duties. We also assist the principal contractor and prepare and maintain the ongoing health and safety file.
In the UK, a CDM consultant must be appointed on projects with more than one contractor. All of our CDM consultants are registered members of the Association for Project Safety and carry out the necessary duties so your project meets its regulatory requirements.
