My passion for acoustics began while studying BSc Music Technology at De Montfort University. I was enthralled by how 3D modelling software could effectively illustrate the interaction of sound within environmental and room acoustics; this fascination formed the foundation of my dissertation. I decided to hone my understanding of the subject with an MSc in Applied Acoustics at Solent University. Since joining Cundall in 2021, I have become a member of the Institute of Acoustics and an accredited tester as part of the Association of Noise Consultants.
Excellence
My time at Cundall has enabled me to further enhance my technical skills in acoustics, while also boosting my confidence in both myself and my capabilities. I have significantly improved my 3D modelling skills by working on a variety of projects, where I utilised advanced software to create detailed acoustic simulations and analyses.
Collaboration
One of our key strengths as a global acoustics team is our commitment to knowledge sharing, enhancing technical excellence by exposing individuals to a wide range of methodologies and best practices. It encourages collaboration and the exchange of ideas, fostering professional growth.
