Samyuktha Badrinarayanan

I am passionate about using sustainability principles to make buildings circular and resilient using an evidence-based approach. My interest in sustainability began during my practice as an architect and developed during my Master’s degree. My expertise is in providing design recommendations based on building physics simulations. My portfolio includes managing Green Mark, LEED and WELL certification projects. I am also part of SGBC’s technical committee for building products and materials.

Creativity to me is fundamentally about self-expression. Cundall’s culture of openness and transparency fosters both mine and my colleagues’ abilities to express our vision for what the project could be about. Our work environment allows us to grow as individuals and as part of a team to enhance our problem-solving skills.

Working in a collaborative environment at Cundall has encouraged me to build confidence and communicate my ideas openly. Discussions with a multi-disciplinary team across Cundall’s global offices have enabled effective brainstorming and speedier problem resolutions. Interactions with my colleagues have improved my understanding of sustainable design more deeply and holistically.
