Louise Worth

Having spent over a decade working in talent management and development within the resources and engineering sectors, I am passionate about creating an environment where people can learn, grow and develop both personally and professionally. I am a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), hold a Diploma in Business (Human Resources), have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and am currently undertaking a Bachelors of Psychology (Honours). I am a TEIQue and PPA practioner, LSI and MBTI accredited and am Bronze Level Certified in Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation.

Collaboration is a personal core value of mine and at Cundall I am given the opportunity each day to work and learn from people across the globe. I am also able to provide coaching and guidance across our various sectors and roles which provides me opportunities to grow others as well as myself.

Learning and development has an important role to play in ensuring that our teams are technically excellent. We do this by ensuring there are continuous learning opportunities for our employees, by facilitating knowledge sharing conversations and through always looking for better ways to support our people throughout their career at Cundall.
