I joined Cundall in September 2024 following the completion of a master’s degree in Urban Planning. I’ve been interested in planning since my first work experience in 2016. My time here lead to a bachelor’s degree in Geography & Planning. During my studies, I was lucky enough to spend a year working in the Civil Service as an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Advisor. I enjoy the range and complexity of planning issues I deal with day to day, and helping clients to navigate these, whilst advocating for proposals to consider important linked issues such as public health and sustainability. I am a Licentiate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, aiming for Chartership in 2026.
Collaboration
I particularly enjoy projects that involve collaboration with both internal and external to Cundall. Each person and organisation brings a slightly different perspective to the table, which allows me to challenge my standard way of thinking and allows us to come up with the most innovative approach to our work.
Excellence
I always feel I have the support of my team, especially so when I envisage how we can improve our technical expertise and efficiency, both on an individual and on a team level. Being trusted in this early stage of my career to both understand and contribute towards improving team delivery is incredibly uplifting.
