Driven by a passion for sound recording, I graduated in Applied Sound Engineering from the University of West London in 2019, specialising in acoustics. My fascination with acoustics grew upon recognising its significance in enhancing learning and working environments and boosting well-being. Since joining Cundall in 2022, I've found immense satisfaction in shaping the future of buildings and environments.
Excellence
I am committed to continuously improving processes and delivering outstanding results by actively engaging in industry groups such as the Institute of Acoustics and Association of Noise Consultants. Recently, I developed a system to raise awareness of large data centre developments within the building services teams, ensuring key acoustic aspects are considered early.
Collaboration
I enjoy working with the building services teams and exploring the impact of acoustics on airflow and cooling systems design. Collaborating with architects has sharpened my ability to explain technical concepts and balance costs with efficiency. From working alongside Cundall's sustainability team, I have learned the importance and process of developing sustainable designs. These experiences have enriched my professional journey and made our projects more successful and enjoyable.
