Duncan Shaw

From a young age I have had a fascination with how the world around me was formed. During my time at university, I developed a keen interest in how, as humans, we can develop engineering infrastructure in a sustainable way. As a chartered civil engineer, Cundall was the obvious fit to implement my interest and make a real difference to society.

The word excellence is a powerful and daunting description of what we achieve. I support and develop our staff with an aim of exceeding our ambitions in delivery for the communities we serve.

Every project forms the start of new collaborations within Cundall and the wider project team. As a project manager and design leader, I implement a learn lessoned culture on all the projects we deliver. This helps to ensure continued improvements in quality and delivery.
