Catherine Murray

I joined Cundall in 2025 as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, after completing an MEng in Architectural Engineering at Heriot-Watt University. During my degree, I developed a passion for developing energy-efficient mechanical design solutions for buildings. This led me towards a career with Cundall, specifically due to their dedication to integrating sustainability across all projects within the practice. 

Cundall fosters a culture of engineering excellence by encouraging continuous improvement and open knowledge sharing. As a new team member, I value learning from experienced colleagues and I am consistently applying high standards to develop and deliver excellence across my projects.

Collaboration at Cundall highlights the importance of strong relationships and open communication. Being part of this culture early in my career is building my confidence, enabling me to contribute more effectively and understand how teamwork leads to successful outcomes.
