Australia 10 February 2026

Global, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, Cundall, has announced the appointment of Stewart Mann as Director of Building Services. Based in Melbourne, Stewart joins Cundall’s national Building Services team, supporting the firm’s continued expansion and strengthening its ability to deliver large-scale, multidisciplinary engineering projects across Australia.

With more than 30 years’ experience in building services engineering, Stewart is a Chartered Engineer recognised for his leadership in sustainable design and complex project delivery. His career includes senior roles at Mott MacDonald and Jacobs.

Stewart has delivered major projects across Australia spanning commercial, education, health, transport, heritage, residential, sports and government sectors, including Queen Victoria Market, Monash University Green Chemical Futures, Melbourne Metro and Teneriffe Banks.

“I’m excited to join Cundall at a pivotal time for the Australian business,” said Stewart Mann, Director of Building Services at Cundall. “The firm’s commitment to sustainability and technical excellence strongly aligns with my own experience, and I look forward to joining the leadership team to deliver world class, multidisciplinary engineering outcomes for clients.”

David Collins, Partner & Managing Director said, “Stewart’s appointment marks the third senior leadership addition to Cundall’s Australian team in the last 12 months, following the appointment of Nathan Dickson to lead the expansion of structural engineering services and the relocation of Nanda Muthuvel from Singapore to establish Cundall’s power systems offering locally. Together, these appointments demonstrate Cundall’s continued investment in strengthening its multidisciplinary capability in the Australian market.”
