Cundall is pleased to announce strategic promotions and appointments within its Building Services team in Singapore.
Charles Lee, a Professional Engineer in ASEAN and Malaysia, has been promoted to Associate Director. He brings extensive experience in data centre design across Southeast Asia. He has successfully delivered hyperscale data centre projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and Indonesia, showcasing his exceptional capabilities in this critical field.
Haider Tyebally, a Professional Engineer in Singapore, has been promoted to Associate. With a strong background in the design of hydraulic systems, he will support the development of our Mechanical expertise. Haider’s portfolio spans complex mechanical systems across infrastructure, mission-critical and commercial developments.
Matt Foskin has been appointed as Associate Director, a Chartered Professional Electrical Engineer with over 35 years of experience, Matt has successfully delivered data centres and high-reliability infrastructure projects while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
Laurent Feraudet joins us as a Senior Design Manager, bringing a decade of experience working on large scale complex projects in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Laurent is adept at managing multicultural teams through all stages of design and construction.
These appointments aim to enhance our operational effectiveness and accelerate our regional growth with offices in Kuala Lumpur, Chennai and Manila. As well as solidifying our regional multi-disciplinary expertise when leading data centre, GCRES, hotel and hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
