Cundall has been named Engineering Consultant of the Year at the 2024 Building Awards. The honour was in recognition of our exceptional growth, contribution to industry best practice and innovation, and the delivery of pioneering projects.

The judges were particularly impressed by our expanding global presence with the opening of new offices in Bengaluru and Riyadh and delivering projects such as Eden, New Bailey – the UK’s first new-build to achieve a 5.5 NABERS design-reviewed target rating. Our commitment to sustainable design and our Zero Carbon Design 2030 initiative was also commended.

Commenting on the win, the judges said: “Cundall is a sustainability-led engineer that is investing a lot in research to influence the market. It is going above and beyond with research and involvement in industry groups to drive sustainability in the built environment, which has had a big impact on the sector. ”
