The I2SL successfully launched its UK Chapter in May 2025. Andrew Somerville, Partner, has been elected to take the permanent position of Secretary, as confirmed at the I2SL ‘End of Summer Party’.

With a mission to engage stakeholders in creating sustainable laboratories, the chapter brings together the best thought leadership the industry has to offer.  

Andrew commented on his appointment, “I am honoured to have been elected Secretary of the I2SL UK Chapter. Having taken the interim role, I am now excited to help build a strong community advancing sustainable laboratory design and operation in the UK.”
