The £16 million scheme brings together two existing schools (Springfield and The Elms) to create a single facility for 180 pupils aged 3-19 years.

Cundall's expertise in designing low energy residential buildings helped to achieve a heating energy demand level of 23kWh/m² p.a., even with the extended building form and high degree of glazing. At the same time, a high level of thermal and daylighting comfort was ensured.

A major redevelopment which saw the extention of the existing centre to the south over three levels with the creation of a new retail arcade, to increasing the GLA from 40,000m² to over 90,000m². Cundall provided ESD consulting, focusing on the public realm, sunlight analysis, thermal comfort and energy modelling.

Cundall was commissioned to design a new data centre in Cobalt Business Park. The data centre was constructed on a speculative basis, with the shell completed in August 2010. The building accommodates four tailored data halls, each with a power density of 1400W/m².

Formerly known as The Ark, Coca-Cola Place in Sydney was a 28,500m2 A+ commercial office development. With Cundall as the ESD consultant, the scheme was the first commercial high-rise building to achieve a '6 Star' Green Star V2 As-Built [rating].
